Chill Me Please
Lo-fi comedown songs, recorded close.
Thirteen songs for the hour after everything - dusty guitar loops, warm Rhodes, brushed drums, and one cracked voice, half-sung, half-whispered.
This is bedroom-recorded music from the early-2000s indie underground school: detuned electric guitars looping under muted bass, an upright walking two notes, sax fragments wailing somewhere down the hall, tape hiss and room noise left in because the room is part of the song. OONA sings right at the mic, exhausted and raw and a little unhinged, holding more back than she lets out.
Play it front to back for the whole comedown, press any song to start there, or say what kind of night it is and the album curates its thirteen around you. Every track licenses for your own work while you listen.
